Today, I have received an awesome news from Pinterest which is Pinterest starts a service of Promoted Pins for their search results and category feeds. Awesome na!!!

It is really a great news for me because getting any attention for my Pins here is like moving a 1 quintal stone with my bare hands. (Full Input, No Output)

Now, by this life saving service of promoted Pins, I acquire a crane for my pins which assists me to move that big rock which is stopping my articles to receive traffic from Pinterest for what they deserve.


But wait a second fellas, are you thinking that you can spam or add your Banner ads here as a promoted pins? Then my friends, you have to wait for this kind of thing because according to Pinterest Latest Official Blog article- Planning for the future. In Pinterest, Pins will be followed such rules to pass as a promoted pins:-

  • Tasteful: No flash Banner or Pop-Up ads pins.
  • Transparent: It’ll always show you the important data through which you can check that who is paying for that promoted pins and in which area, it will show in Pinterest.
  • Relevant: Only relevant Pins are promoted on any specific Pinterest category feeds or search Results.
  • Improved based on your feedback: Pinterest also offers a Feedback option for the users of Pinterest. So, the Pinterest Programmers can know that where are they doing wrong?
